Give your feedback on our activities
If you've joined us this year for one of our many activities, let us know what you think. It only take a minute and you could be in with the chance of winning a £30 voucher!!
What you think is really important to us. Above all we want to ensure that you feel safe, secure and welcome in your foster family.
You can leave feedback for us at any time, but you may have been asked to give your feedback as part of your foster parents annual review. Your comments will go to the independent reviewing officer who undertakes this review, to ensure all is okay with your foster parent(s), and their care towards you.
Your feedback is really important to this process.
There are 2 sets of forms, one set for birth children whose parents foster and another set for children living in foster care. For each there are two age ranges, you can complete whichever form you like, but the form for Over 10's ask for a little more detail which helps us to build a much more detailed view of your feelings.
